Kendal McElfish
Kendal is a licensed attorney in Arizona.
During her studies, she worked with a number of different companies as both in-house counsel and as a part of a mid-size business litigation firm. These experiences helped to shape her understanding of why compliance is such an important aspect of any business’ risk management strategy, and brings that passion to her work at Zecca Ross Law Firm P.C.

Collin Fifer, Law Clerk
Collin Fifer is a Law Clerk at our firm, bringing a strong foundation in business and accounting to support our legal team. He earned his B.A. in Business (Law) from Arizona State University, graduating with honors from the W. P. Carey School of Business and recognition on the Dean’s List. Collin has served as both a Teacher Assistant and Supplemental Instruction Leader at ASU, where he helped over 750 students succeed in accounting courses and earned multiple SUN Awards for his dedication to student success.
Before joining our team, Collin gained valuable research and analytical experience as an intern at Platinum Bridge M&A Advisors, conducting market research and data analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
He is currently studying for the LSAT and plans to begin law school in Fall 2026. With a background in financial analysis, public speaking, and leadership, Collin supports the firm in legal research, client matters, and special projects with professionalism and initiative.
Alex McElfish, fractional CFO
Alex McElfish is a strategic partner of Zecca Ross Law Firm and the founder of Narrowgate Ventures. He brings deep expertise in company valuations, cap table management, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), serving as a trusted fractional CFO for many of our startup clients.
Alex began his career in engineering, earning a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Oregon State University. He initially worked in the biotech sector with a focus on quality control and process analytics, later transitioning to the semiconductor industry where he specialized in process optimization and client support for some of the world’s leading manufacturers.
Inspired by his exposure to operations and finance in these industries, Alex pursued and earned his Master of Science in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. While there, he was selected for the Student Leadership Council and graduated as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the national business honor society.

Shervin Golshani is an accomplished trial attorney and founding partner of Golshani Lee LLP. Serving as Of Counsel to Zecca Ross Law Firm, Shervin brings more than a decade of litigation experience to our clients, with a deep focus on personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith claims.
Shervin has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of complex legal matters, including wrongful death, class action litigation, construction defect claims, contract and fraud disputes, real estate conflicts, and landlord-tenant matters.
